How It Works
Residential cooperatives offer active adults all of the financial benefits of home ownership without the hassles.  Cooperative communities are resident-owned through a legal arrangement formed when people join together on a democratic basis to govern the operation of the cooperative in which they live.

Each member purchases a share in the corporation and are then entitled to take advantage of the many exceptional recreational amenities and all the benefits and conveniences of community living.
